T-Mobile USA and LG have introduced the new T-Mobile G2x with Google by LG (also known as LG Optimus 2X), which claims as T-Mobile’s first 4G Android smartphone to equip a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core mobile processor, including NVIDIA Tegra Zone app that offers easy access to games optimized for NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core CPU.


“More consumers than ever are turning to their smartphones to stay entertained wherever they are with access to their favorite video games, TV programs and more,” commented Andrew Sherrard, senior vice president for marketing at T-Mobile USA. “By combining the latest innovative hardware and pre-loaded content with our 4G network and the power of the dual core processor, the G2x offers the mobile gaming and entertainment experience our customers crave.”

T-Mobile G2x with Google Android 2.2 Froyo smartphone which measures 2.5 x 4.9 x 0.4 inches and weighs just 5 ounces is slated to hit T-Mobile stores later this Spring , but no words on its price and availability yet.

Update: T-Mobile G2x will be available online beginning April 15, and scheduled to hit T-Mobile stores on April 20 for $199.99, after a $50 mail-in rebate and a new 2-year service agreement.
