Kyocera Communications and Sprint have officially announced the new groundbreaking Kyocera Echo, which the companies claim as the first dual-touchscreen Android-powered smartphone that features a pair of large 3.5-inch WVGA touch screens connected by an innovative pivot hinge, aiming for an endless possibilities on how the device can be used. The smartphone can operate independently for performing 2 tasks at once or combined screens for an oversized 4.7″ display.

    4. Tablet Mode expands your horizons by viewing 1 app on a full, ultra-large 4.7-inch viewing area – combination of both displays

The new stunning Kyocera Echo dual-touchscreen Android 2.2-powered smartphone which measures 115.0 x 56.5 x 17.2 mm and weighs 193 grams is slated to hit Sprint stores this Spring for $199.99, after a $100 mail-in rebate and a new 2-year service contract.
