Had the same problem ,
It seems that you have to delete this download then reboot and then register in the usro.net web site with your serial number ,You are then given an option to download an upgraded version.
Once downloaded just install and add your serial number again.

RE the instuction No. 5 above which states:
"5.Install WinSysClean and enter the serial numbers that is received."
I have installed WynSysClean but did not find anywhere on the screens to enter the serial number I obtained.
Please advise on how I can do this. Thanks
