Hi Guys,
For people using Windows 7 Install the EN version copy the content of that folder EXCEPT the license text file and uninstall the EN version. The EN Language folder is present in Program Data in Windows 7.
Ok Now install the German version and stop Tune Up services. To do this Go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services and stop "TuneUp Utilities Services"
or just press Start-> Run -> write: services.msc and press Enter
right click in "TuneUp Utilities Services" and stop this service.
Once that is done delete the files ine the DE language folder EXCEPT the license text file and paste all the files you copied from the EN folder here and that's it restart the services of Tune Up and valla you now have a registered version of Tune Up 2010.

Can anybody please tell me step by step on how to find TuneUp Utilities 2010 en-US language folder.. i still cannot find it on a Window Vista machine.. does anybody used Window Vista succeed? Mind Sharing?
I just renamed the "en-US" to de-DE and its in english now.
Same thing happened to me as happened to Hanno.
I installed the English trial and copied the en-US folder to a safe place, then uninstalled the English version. I next installed the German version, activated it with the registration key I got via a link emailed to me, updated it while still in the German edition and registered it while still in German.
I closed the German program, stopped the TuneupUtil* services and swapped the en-US folder for the de-DE folder. Finally, I modified the registry per the instructions and restarted my PC, only to find I was back in 15 day trial mode.
So I uninstalled Tuneup Utilities 2010 and reinstalled my trusty free Tuneup Utilities 2009, for which I received a valid registration key back when things were simpler. Try searching for Tuneup Utilities 2009 and see if you can still get a free registration key emailed to you.
I tried 2010 before and found it to be annoying. At every start it would bug you to change your system settings whether you wanted to or not, and I found no way of stopping it. So I searched on this site and got the 2008 free version. Its just as comprehensive and less in your face.
it was easier to go to services.msc and stop the tuneup utility and just copy the en-us folder contents into the de-DE folder and restart the service.
Important This Is only a 1 Year License. But after 1 year i´m very sure it will come a new version for free

I managed to activate the German version, but after switching the registry value to en-US the application is back in the shareware state.
Unable to find en-US language folder in “C:Program Files TuneUp Utilities 2010” on Window Vista.. Tried finding in Data Folder, no luck.. anybody found it?
best to buy if want. cant exit the prog to change to en folder. also you can loose the en folder if copy lic first as instructed since copied the en folder so no able to copy lic.
anyway after uninstall get option to buy for 25.00. so do trial or buy at discount.
found en us in program data file for my w7 64.
not in the tune as list above. will continue to see if can get to work.
