I’m having one hell of a time w/ getting just some honest, what I pay for internet they say I’m getting 7 but I’m only getting 2.something or other. They want their money quick enough, but when it comes to fixing my problems, well… they become mute, or it’s my fault some how. I guess I need to upgrade my multimillion dollar equipment so I can get the service That I pay for!
I’ll tell you what. If I ran a company like that I would run it like I do the one I own now. I do what I say I’m going to do, I offer an excellent service and product at a fair price. And customer complaints, if any are handled in a SPEEDY manner. And the customer is always treated like gold. Because they are. When they take their hard earned money out of their pocket to purchase your product or service they should get just that! What they paid for and respect! Don’t get me wrong there are customers that are trouble makers and are looking for a free lunch! I weed them out and don’t tolerate them for a second! They can keep their money! Just like these so called business men can keep their business! I have my doubts if this will even get looked at which means I just wasted my time! And this is another piece of a market that’s a scam! They put this here so you feel like your being listened to but your not! It gets mass deleted with the rest of them. But at the very least the customer feel s all warm and fuzzy inside! But they don’t know that no one listened to a dang word!

Thanks for the tips, i have noticed lately that my ISP plays some tricks with the speed of my wireless internet connection. Though i know that wireless depends on many outer factors still i,d wish my connection to be more speedy and stable then that.
