Just remember this, the ball will always leave the outer wall at the same speed (centrifugal force). If you look at the videos of the prediction devices you may notice the ball often falls at the same point (usually top), This is because either the ball is always spun from the exact same point aqt the exact same speed (hard for a human to do) or the wheel is on a tilt. so if the wheel is on a tilt the ball is slowed to release speed by travelling up hill! so the variable of the ball falling anywhere has been compromised.
