Microsoft has officially released publicly available customer preview program for Windows 7, which makes available Windows 7 RC for free download recently. However, only a few languages such as English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese are available. Windows 7 enthusiasts who only fluent in other languages can use the MUI language interface packs (LIP), which also available via Windows Update to convert system menus, dialogs and other text in the user interface to familiar localized languages. The Windows 7 RC language packs are available for both 32-bit and 64-bit system.
