If you delete the Links folder from the User directory, it will remove the favorites so they don't work anymore. To fix this, restore the Links folder or make a new one called Links and re-add your Favorites.

    • NOT working, I think one more person said the same… ?

      • Delete my previous coment, I got it working after a few tries…

  • temp, it's no longer my problem.

    i've reinstalled my PC. :D

  • When I drag a folder to favs you can't expand the folder the way you can all other folders on the left. There is no little triangle to the left to expand as there is in the Libraries. Any way round it?

    Thanks

  • i have same problem… i tried that but still the same…

  • partogi, just create a new folder named "Links" under c:users"user name",

    ex: c:userspartogiLinks

than right-click on the "Favorites" and choose something like "reset favoritelinks". Close Windows Explorer, and open it again. That should work.

  • hey, i recently deleted "links" folder from

    c:users

now i cant use Favorites at all, and i cant even drag an item to favorites.

    can someone help me please?

    thanks.
