Hi guys I've been playing flat out last 3 days got up to 1.1 million last night then went to lobby and it told me I only have 500,000 k which is less than I had on the actual table I was just playing at so I exited the app and turned it back on and this time it says I have 300,000 k I thought this was fucking rediculous so I exited again praying it was a glitch so I exit the app enter it again and it says I have 0 fucking chips And it hasn't changed. WTF zynga!! I can't believe this bullshit if they don't fix it fuck zynga!
This game Are sucks i have 60 million on my profile but when i played on my iPhone and logout then sign in again lost??? Idont kno. Why…shit this game..give my chips back….

I connected to Zynga through facebook on my Iphone and lost 730 million chips. I have had several communications with Zynga tech support. They won't do anything. I am completely digusted with Zynga and I will NEVER use their software again. Zynga is a joke!

Same here. Lost over 500k when switching to facebook on iPod. What a horrible thing to do. I can't remove facebook from the app so I can't get my chips back. Restarting with 2k and putting up with all the frozen hands and timeouts. I don't think so. Zynga what a cruel joke. Facebook and zynga app have both been deleted.
This really sucks – I lose 2M when i connected to FB and now i only have 2k…:( thank you Zynga!!! No warnings nothing!!! How can they release a app and dont fix this ASAP!!!

I live in South Africa. I have an iphone but this application is not available in the apple itunes store over here. could someone please tell me how i can get this app any other way (if there is a way)
I had been using Zynga live poker on my iPhone for months and acquired $5.4M in chips. Yesterday it prompted me to try the Facebook interface and "bring my chips with me". It logged me into Facebook alright, with only $2K in chips (the beginners level). Now I can ONLY log in through Facebook with the application on my iPhone. I have deleted the application and reinstalled it. I have called Apple and they said to call Zynga. At Zynga I get a message asking me to leave a voice mail. THIS IS THE MOST POORLY MANAGED SOFTWARE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!! DONT USE IT!!!
