Microsoft has released Office 2010 setup installers to MSDN and TechNet Subscriber Downloads for free download by the paid subscribers. The edition of Office 2010 released on MSDN and TechNet currently is Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus on retail channel version. Been on retail channel means that, unlike Office 2010 volume license version, users who try to install Office 2010 has to enter a product key during setup wizard to start the installation.
Office 2010 Professional Plus include the following Office 2010 applications:

Note that for all the retail distribution channel of Office 2010 setup installers above, a valid retail registration product key is required to validate the installation wizard before continuing to install the product. Office Professional Plus 2010 trial version can now be downloaded directly from Microsoft.
Currently, Microsoft is provided only one retail product key for Office Professional Plus 2010, with the rest of the product keys (up to 10) are expected to be make available on April 30th, 2010.

The above MSDN downloads are build 14.0.4760.1000, ie NOT FINAL. If you want the final retail ship build (14.0.4763.1000), then download from links below posted by No More Cry.
The MSDN/Technet installer is actually build 14.0.4760.1000. The volume license version is 14.0.4763.1000.
If you want to get a 60 day evaluation of Microsoft Office Professional Plus, follow these steps:
1. Go to TechNet Evaluation Center @ http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter/ee3… and click the "GET STARTED NOW >>" button on the bottom of the page.
2. Log on your TechNet account, or register one if you haven't got yet.
2.1. If you register a new TechNet account (with your hotmail account), you'll be asked to to click on a verification link in an email sent to your inbox. However, in my experience, it may take forever for the said email to arrive. Therefore, repeat step 1 and you will be presented with a page containing a trial serial number and download links to 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 in various languages.
