The Latest Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 Supports Multiple Languages

After the release of Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 in August earlier, Microsoft is pleased to release its latest IE8 Beta 2. Unlike the earlier IE8 Beta 2 which only supports English, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), and German languages, this release supports an additional 21 languages. These additional languages include Arabic, Czech, Chinese (Hong Kong), Chinese (Traditional), Danish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Dutch, Greek, Korean, Russian, Hebrew, Norwegian, Spanish, Finnish, Hungarian, Polish, Swedish and Turkish.

Disable Google Suggest In The Search Box

Google Suggest is a useful default feature which can predict what users type in the search box and offer relevant suggestions in real time. For instance, if you type “home” in the search box, Google Suggest will immediately offer you a list of suggestions started with home, e.g. “homebase”, “home office”, “home for sale”, “home insurance”, “home goods” ,etc. You could just click on the relevant search word/phase if it appears in the list to get the search results. This default feature surely will enhance your internet experience. Or will it? Do you find the second guessing a nuisance instead? If you don’t feel Google Suggest is helpful but irritating, just switch it off.

Mozilla Releases Firefox 3.1 Alpha 2 For Developers and Testers

Download The Latest Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2

After the release of Windows Internet Explorer Beta 1 (IE 8 Beta 1) which targeted web designers and developers on March 25, 2008, Microsoft now moves a step further to the release of its IE8 final version by releasing its IE 8 Beta 2. Internet Explorer 8 Beta 2 is available for download for various Windows OS such as Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Vista 32 bit edition, Windows Vista 64 bit edition, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008. Besides that, this new version also supports Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), and German languages.
