Call United States Landline and Mobile for Free via Localphone on Memorial Day Weekend
Have friends, buddies or family members in USA (United States of America) that you always wanted to talk to? Now there is good reason to call and ring them up, as Localphone, a UK-based VoIP service provider is giving away completely free calls to landlines and mobile phones in the United States during the Memorial Day Weekend.
The free call to US fixed line and cellphone promotion starts from 9:30 am on May 29 2010 GMT and lasts until 12:00 noon on May 31st 2010 GMT. The promotional offer applies to calls to landlines and mobiles in the fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia, and does not include calls to premium numbers, or calls to territories such as Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands, which will continue to be billed at Localphone standard rates.
No string attached, so callers can talk for unlimited duration or for as long as he or she wants. Unlimited number of calls can be placed to any number of people in US too.
The only requirement is that caller needs to have a Localphone account (aff). Registration is free though.
Despite Localphone is a VoIP service provider, Localphone users worldwide can make free calls from landline or mobile phone using Direct Dial or Calling Card (available in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Peru, Poland, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States), or from PC, iPhone, or other VoIP-enabled device with Localphone VoIP.
The free USA call promotion also applies to Incoming Numbers which been call-forwarded to fixed line or mobile phone in the US.
