I prefer PDF-XChange much more than Adobe and Foxit. Recently I used them but now I am with PDF-XChange. I've needed a simple and cost-effective product for different works with PDFs. Anyway, for me, PDF-XChange Viewer is the best non-Adobe option around at the moment. The free version here does a lot and even the full-blown version is pretty cheap compared to the others. Yeah i have been using Foxit for like 2 years now, gotta love it. Haven't even looked at Acrobat since.
Foxit is my choice. Sumatra is too ligthweight for me.
I dont know if you've ever heard of sumatra but its my favorite i use it more often than the ones listed above.
