JPEG Lossless Rotator – Rotating JPEG Images Without Impacting Original Photo Quality

You probably don’t aware or notice that rotating photos which are saved in JPEG format by using Windows XP’s Picture and Fax Viewer, Windows Vista’s Photo Gallery, Windows 7’s Photo Viewer or even Photoshop can degrade image quality.
