LG Chocolate BL20 Coming To UK O2 Stores

One of the global leaders and technology innovators in mobile communications, LG Electronics has announced the newest addition to its popular Chocolate series – LG Chocolate BL20, which features a sliding keypad and 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, offering users a different way to record information thanks to the Clear Memo Capture with Text Scan capability.

“Boasting advanced new features such as Widget Hotkeys and Clear Memo Capture, the BL20 offers consumers a design alternative to the already successful BL40 with its widescreen display,” said Jeremy Newing, head of marketing, LG Mobile UK and Ireland.

• 5MP camera with autofocus, flash and ability to record video (320 x 240 pixels) at 15 fps
• 2.4-inch QVGA screen display with 240 x 320 pixel resolution
• Touch-sensitive controls that discretely concealed on the sides of LG Chocolate BL20
• Convenient Widget Hotkeys enable users to personalise the phone to directly access favourite features such as weather, news or personal updates
• Clear Memo Capture for capturing text, handwritten notes and drawings with maximum clarity
• 900mAh Li-Ion battery supports up to 5 hours of talk time or up to 450 hours of standby time
• MicroSD memory card slot holds up to 16GB of additional storage space

The latest ultra-slim LG Chocolate BL20 3G slider phone which measures just 106.9 x 50.8 x 12.3 mm and weighs in at 115 grams will be available in UK through O2 by Q4 2009, but the price has yet to be revealed.
