This product is very similar to all in one device of some european dsl providers like SFR or FREE.
please note that the upcoming fonera 2.On and the current fonera 2.0 are cheaper and more advanced “home base” devices. There are also extremely customizable with 3rd party plugins.

trust that I have no affiliation or interest in fon company. I just found this device extremely powerful. Though I am disappointed to find that not any traditional router manufucter propose a credible competitor to fonera ( at least not in the same price range and size )
