Slimmer and Cheaper Optoma PK102 Projector
The newer and trimmer Optoma PK102, a successor to PK101, has been launched with improvements on where it matters most in this economic snag – the bottom-line. For $229, almost half the price of PK101, the pico projector is sure to attract those who held off on PK101 initially. Featuring the same DLP engine with a 480 x 320 resolution, PK102, however, has an improved contrast ratio of 2000:1, 4GB of internal memory, a composite video input as well as a universal port capable of receiving VGA and component video signals. It also has built-in speakers and can play MP3 files.
Losing the extraneous weight and build has produced a sleeker and more attractive projector. Not only slimmer in design, the package has better connectivity and is cheaper, too!
