How do i enable this with AVG 9 ?
the path in the latest build of wlm 2009 only accept executables, not bat files.

noobz text in brackets is only saying that you should replace question mark “?” with an “X” or “A” and should not be copied.

Using AVG Antivirus Scanner 8 or 8.5 in WinRAR, configure VirusScanner name as: [x86 (32-bit)=

C:\Program Files\AVG\AVG8\avgscanx.exe

parameters:

/SCAN=”%f” /EXT=* /ARC /CLEAN

[x64 (64-bit)=

C:\Program Files\AVG\AVG8\avgscana.exe

parameters:

/SCAN=”%f” /EXT=* /ARC /CLEAN

Above doesn’t work for WINRAR, get a CMD prompt stating that “x” or “a” choice suggested is invalid. Best I can get it to do is to insert the avggui.exe and it will lauch AVG but none of the available files will start autoscan.

Try again MDL, I will be waiting.
