New Stylish 14-Inch Dell Studio 14z Notebook with Phoenix Failsafe Theft Protection
The well-known provider of notebooks and PCs, Dell has launched its new stylish and thin (0.79–1.2 inches) 14-inch notebook designed for tech-savvy student and folks who demand the perfect balance of mobility and performance, named as Dell Studio 14z, which Dell claims as the industry’s first consumer laptop offering FailSafe Theft Protection that enables owners to track network information and ISP location of the laptop when it connects to Internet, and even can remotely erase selected files as well as render the notebook unusable, aiming to help owners protect their laptops.
“Young people have grown up with the Internet and can find almost everything they need online,” commented Michael Tatelman, vice president of Dell’s global consumer sales and marketing. “They want a slim, easy-to-carry laptop and like the choice of a larger hard drive over an optical drive.
