How to Move the Menu Bar Above the Address Bar in IE8 כיצד להעביר את שורת התפריטים מעל שורת הכתובת IE8

I copied and pasted the code into notebook, but it did not work for me. אני להעתיק ולהדביק את הקוד לתוך המחברת, אבל זה לא עובד בשבילי.

IT guy won't be denied, so I went and downloaded IE8 and tried again still doesn't work. IT הבחור לא תימנע, אז הלכתי IE8 שהורדו וניסה שוב עדיין לא עובד. If you use regedit and put it in manually it works. אם אתה משתמש regedit ושם אותו באופן ידני זה עובד.

i did what you explained above regarding the menu bar above the address bar but nothing happened. עשיתי מה שהוסבר לעיל לגבי שורת התפריטים מעל שורת הכתובת, אבל שום דבר לא קרה.
It said the file has been added to the rgistry but when i open IE 8 it is still the same היא אמרה את הקובץ נוספה rgistry אבל כאשר אני פותח IE 8 זה עדיין באותו
