Three New Panasonic Compact Digital Camera: FS12, FS42 And Image-Stabilized FS62

The leader in high definition consumer and digital electronics products, Panasonic, has introduced three new compact digital cameras to its Lumix FS series, which are FS12, FS42 and image-stabilized F62. The 2.7-inch FS12 camera is featured with a 2.7-inch LCD display with intelligent auto mode function and integrated with a 12-megapixel sensor with 4x optical zoom. While FS42 and image-stabilized FS62 are both featured with a 2.5-inch LCD and equipped with a 10-megapixel sensor with 4x optical zoom.

  • 4x optical zoom (Max 7.8x in 3-megapixel recording using extra optical zoom) F2.8 LUMIX DC VARIO Lens.

  • IA (intelligent auto) mode including mega O.I.S., intelligent ISO control, intelligent scene selector and face detection with digital red-eye correction.

  • 2.5 -inch intelligent LCD.
  • WVGA(848×480), VGA(640×480, QVGA(320×240) at 30 fps movie recording.
  • Photo editing and organizing software PHOTOfunSTUDIO 3.0 featuring face.

Available in S-Silver, K-Black, A-Blue, P-Pink and G-Green for FS12 camera, while FS62 available with S-Silver, K-Black, R-Red, A-Blue and P-Pink, and FS42 with S-Silver, K-Black and P-Pink colors. The availability and the price is not yet announced.

    Panasonic released this smart compact on April 17, 2009, but I haven’t seen the price, do you know it?
