as i heard abt this antivirus security from one of my relative i was amazed nd wana to chek it immediately to overview this. if this works succesfully on my system i will recognise this ‘bit defender’ to all of my well known frnds. thnks

BitDefender free version runs processes even when not in use. I reported a problem on the BitDefender forum that never was replied to so I am not sure if it was addressed or not. Essentially, the problem is/was that BD runs processes in the background even when not in use. If those processes are stopped whatever is in quarantine will be able to phone home. I suppose whatever is in quarantine can do whatever else it desires as well- such as record keylogging, steal passwords/financial info, etc.
I would hope someone else can verify this by trying it themselves.
