This is a bad build. Sometimes BSODs on installation, the desktop.ini bug, the desktop-that-vanishes bug etc.
Looks like this was supposed to be more interim than 7048 was, which is what I am running now.
I’d rate 7048 with 95% and 7057 with 70%.

Both this torrent and 7057 have a bug which can constantly restart explorer.exe and/or lose internet connection then freeze during shutdown. There is a fix which has solved both of these problems for me on two of my 4 machines:
