Android Market Now Starts Accepting Priced Application
After long await, Android finally has announced that Android market is now accepting the priced application from developers in UK and USA. Developers from UK and USA can go to the publisher website to upload their application along with end user pricing for the apps. At beginning state, the priced application will be available to end users in the US starting by mid of next week. However, Android will add end user support for additional countries in the coming months.

Beside that, the service for developers in other countries like Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France and Spain will be available later in first quarter. At the same times also, Android will announce support for developers in additional countries.
Android Market will use Google Checkout as the payment and billing mechanism. The Developers who do not have a Google Checkout merchant account can be easily sign up via the publisher website. The developers also can find more information about priced application in Android Market.
Additional, the Android users in Australia can enjoy free application starting 15th February Pacific Time as well as for Singapore in the coming weeks.
