Just a little question. Why would the RC be Version 6.1 when the first Beta was version 7.0?? I mean, the clue really is in the name. . .Windows SEVEN. It's the 7th version of Windows. V.1 = 3.xx, V.2 = 95, V.3 = 98, V.4 = 2000/ME, V.5 = XP/2003, V.6 = Vista/2008.

Think about it, they didn't just call it Windows 7 because they liked the ring it has despite it being only the 6th version (according to the picture) of Windows. One can safely say that the final version won't actually be called Windows 7.

So, I'm sorry to say this, but I doubt it's the official / leaked RC of Windows 7 from MS. I think this "RC" is just some hackers mucking about with Vista/2008 (Windows Version 6) to make wannabe geeks look like retards.

I have to say though, my favourite fake Win 7 RC has to be this one. As you can see, Microsoft are gonna skip Office version 13 -- clearly because the number 13 is unlucky -- and are jumping from V.12 (2007) to V.14 ;)
