New ASUS Eee PC 1000HE – The World’s First Intel Atom N280 Netbook

ASUS has announced that its newly upgraded Eee netbook named as ASUS Eee PC 1000HE is now available for pre-order, which the company claims as the first netbook to feature Intel Atom N280 processor, offering longer battery life, higher performance, and increased comfort and style.

Impressive Highlights Of Upgraded ASUS Eee PC 1000HE:

  • Intel Atom N280 processor
  • ASUS’ exclusive Super Hybrid Engine (SHE) technology and high-density battery, offering industry-leading 9.5 hours of battery life
  • Bright 10-inch LED backlit display
  • New ‘chiclet’ keyboard allowing for faster and more comfortable typing
  • WiFi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth v2.0
