I don’t see the folder settings, I only see the folder compatibility in the Sidebar folder.

Thanks I am running 7000build 64 bit and using Qword 64-bit did not work but when i made it Dword 32-bit everything worked Fine. Thanks Aemony.

You will probably have to create it yourself:
Right click within the folder ‘Settings’ -> New -> DWORD (32-bit) value -> Name it ‘AllowElevatedProcess’ -> Set it to 1
