The site only show vista driver it doesn’t matter it can still be used for XP. Just remember when updating the drivers for this monitor you have to choose “Don’t search. I will choose the driver to install” and then select the files from the directory that you have downloaded the drivers. It worked for me in XP and Vista, so good luck.

Very nice and sharp monitor for its price, if you’re looking for something better, then you’ll need to pay more and there will always be something better out there.

2 weakness:
the volumn of speaker is a little disapointed evnen turned on to max.
the slow started up compare to previous 22″ lcd monitors, way too slow.
other than that, very happy with it.

I can’t get the LCD to go to SLEEP!. Acer website has no mention of this product what so ever. Drivers are no where to be found. I use a DVI cable, and other monitors work just fine. This one just says “Cable not connected”.

I have to always remember to manually turn the display off. Dang it.

Bought this monitor and pretty disappointed.
The screen vertically smaller than both of the P223W and AL2216W I have. The 22″ measure 11.3/4″ while 23″ only 11.3/8″ Horizontal is longer than expected, but the screen resolution suppose 1920 x 1080. But I just couldn’t get the monitor when in multiple displays stretch screen mode unless I set it to 1680 x 1050. The brightness is stated 40000 : 1 ratio, is real bright. However, the monitor color quality is not as good as P223W. Another thing, the built in speakers have no volume adjust button, It horrible low even my mobile phone speaker louder than that.

pff… that $223 to 300 is nothing compared here in the philippines. it’s $223 x 2 here. haha. it’s double the price here. that’s how expensive it is here.
