Dear Sirs ,
I have purchased one orient watch Model#EMAS0004BO on 03.05.2009 from from Saudi Arabia dealer Arkan East Intl. CO. Ltd.Phone# 0096614142244 .
This watch has manufacturing defect . It was giving trouble that it stopped twice to run in span of 15 days only and at the same time , changing of day should be from arabic to arabic or English to English , but its day was changed from English to Arabic.
It was giving for satting right . Whether it is set right or not but before that one more manufacturing defect came to light that its date changed at 11 O’Clock night to the next date.
Should I be going to your dealer like this to setting right its all manufacturing defects , wasting my valuable time.Why should I suffer for your mistakes.
Is it called the guarantee?????.You must relace the watch in general incase a manufacturing defect is there with compensation for the customers humilation felt for attending , your agent frequently.
Now I request you sincerly to instruct your dealer to change this manufacturing defective watch with a good watch with out manufacturing defect.
