Windows 7 Build 7012 Screenshots Capture Leaked

It’s unclear if the screenshots are fake or have been photoshopped, as there is no way to verify it until Microsoft releases the official beta. didn’t they get sued for doing this before, releasing DOS 6 with some bugs them making people pay for 6.11? this looks like Windows Vista to me, which is was to expensive.
