    I wasn’t able to get any of the UK proxies listed above to work, most were dead or parked URL’s and the few that did work had other problems or demanded membership to hit submit.

    I ended up using a proxy off of the list at the URL below (there are proxies you put in your browser LAN config/proxy section not just URL’s you enter). It took me a few tries but on the 3rd one I tried it was fast and worked like a champ. Got 101 day trials for all my VM’s now. Thanks a lot!

    I’m in France, not in China!

    But it seems they have blocked non UK IPs for now.

    I used one of the UK web proxies below, to do the trick :
