1. Is this patch better, than the one I&#039;m currently using, &quot;Vista tcpip.sys and UAC Auto Patcher v2.2&quot;: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/02/17/download-vista-tcpipsys-and-uac-auto-patcher-to-increase-tcp-connection-limit/, or it doesn&#039;t make a difference?
2. If this patch is preferable, should I uninstall the other one, before applying this one?</description>
