		<description>I have never seen this option.  Since using Windows 7 I have had things not respond 4 times and each time I was unable to even get the task manger open.  Since I couldn&#039;t do that I tried to restart the computer, but it just ignored me.  Either way I have had major problems with frozen applications and have never seen this option.</description>
