when i double click the setup inside the rar i get this error above. What should i do? How can i install?

Hi guys, I have some problems with Win7. After instalation I try to open BSplayer or Winamp, or something alse, but after double click nothing its happening. Can somebody hellp me with some tips. Thankcs in advance.

The Microsoft servers are down, I can not download a ISO file. I think they got bluescreens of the mass downloads
Only 404 error. Now I download the Torrent of this preview and check it out.

So I dont care about viruses or maleware, I check this on (inbox) WM-Ware and its secure to me.

Hope this ISO isn’t 0ed
