Am I supposed to get “Windows Component Clean was already run on this install” if I re-run Compcln.exe? Man vajadzēja iegūt "Windows Component Clean jau darbojas šajā install", ja es vēlreiz palaist Compcln.exe?
I noticed it only freed up about 0.2GB of free space on first run so I re-ran it several times and no message was returned – the app simply exited after running for a few minutes. Es pamanīju, ka tikai atbrīvoja apmēram 0.2GB brīvas vietas pirmizrāde, lai es atkal ilga vairākas reizes un neviena ziņa tika atdota - app vienkārši atstāja pēc darba uz pāris minūtēm.

SP2 works gr8, removed the extra files with this tool and freed up about 1 GB (ran the SP1 cleanup tool before and gained about 2.5 GB) SP2 darbi gr8, noņemt liekos failus, ar šo rīku un atbrīvojušies apmēram 1 GB (ran SP1 tīrīšanas līdzekli pirms un iegūt aptuveni 2,5 GB)

Your winsxs folder isn't taking up 12.5 GiB on your HDD. Jūsu winsxs mape neieņem 12,5 GiB uz jūsu HDD. Don't believe anything explorer shows you. Neticu, kaut explorer rāda jums. ffs, I installed SP2 hoping that it / I could finally delete this damn winsxs, which is taking up 12.5 GiB already on my 30 GiB Vista partition (which now has only about 1.4 GiB free space left). FFS, man uzstādīta SP2 cerot, ka it / es beidzot varēja svītrot šo damn winsxs, kas aizstāj līdz 12,5 GiB jau manu 30 GiB Vista partīcijas (kas tagad ir tikai aptuveni 1,4 GiB brīvu vietu pa kreisi).
Any news if it's safe to delete now? Jebkuras ziņas, ja tas ir droši izdzēst tagad?

Tas ir RC nevis RTM. As such it provides a “Black-Box”-like look at the new functionalities it provides. Kā tāds tas paredz "Black-Box"-kā apskatīt jaunas funkcijas tā nodrošina. That's all there is to it. Tas viss notiek ar to. Remember NT 5 ? Atcerēties NT 5? or Windows 2000 ? vai Windows 2000? Three Betas and Two RCs. Trīs Betas un divi RCS. Never dreamt of using it productively ! Nekad nav sapņojis izmantot to produktīvi!
