GPS Mission Games For GPS Enabled Phone
Thinking of organizing a treasure hunt or scavenger hunt game within your neighborhood? Orbster GmbH has released a free mobile game, GPS Mission, for GPS enabled phones. GPS Mission offers a series of mission orientated games that require gamers to travel with their GPS radio to the designated place and complete the missions assigned. For instance, users are required to walk out from the office, go to a grocery shop 300 meters away to check for something, then go to the nearby museum for another task, etc. When users complete a mission, the game will offer a digital souvenir and trophy to acknowledge that the mission has been completed. Users can browse for the games available within their neighborhood and join in the fun. Alternately, users can also design their own missions games and get other players to play along. The designers will get gold when people start playing their designed missions.
