		<description>It isn&#039;t that build 7004 is an RC or RTM build, but could be created on a code branch for the RC build. If you&#039;re not a developer, source control systems use branches to control the development of various versions of a particular program.

One thing is for sure, the RC build and the RTM build do not exist today.

I just hope there is enough time before RC and RTM for beta testers to give feedback to Microsoft that might be acted upon. I&#039;d really like to see opacity options for the task manager and command line console.</description>
