		<description>I&#039;ve been a reader of your blog for a long time.  It&#039;s why I started my blog.

I just installed xampp on windows 7 tonight and sure enough had to id what was eating port 80 so I could get apache started.  

Yep! It was skype.  I closed it and the problem went away.

Thanks for the help tonight!  Saved my time and frustration... yet again.
