The Windows 7 64-bit (x64 or amd64) M3 (Milestone 3 code drop) version pre-beta has the build version number of 6801.winmain_win7m3.080913-2030. And, it’s also not the latest version of Windows 7 build 6933.winmain.081020-1842 that is been used to demonstrate and presents Windows 7’s features and enhancement during the PDC 2008.

Download Microsoft.Windows.7.64Bit.Build.6801.DVD-WinBeta.torrent (ThePirateBay link: Microsoft.Windows.7.64Bit.Build.6801.DVD-WinBeta.4476097.TPB.torrent)

The torrent will download tens of RAR split archives, which when extracted will create Windows 7 pre-beta 6801 untouched and unmodified original DVD ISO image with the following characteristics:

User can burn the ISO to DVD or mount the DVD image using a virtual drive emulator, or simply mount it to CD-ROM drive of virtual machine for installation in a VM. After installation, there is a hack to activate Windows 7 pre-beta with Vista beta2 or RC1 product key, or simply rearm to extend activation grace period to 120 days, during which new beta release should be released.
