if any of u got the avg keygen and it has been detected as trojan by AVG…just deactivate your AVG’s resident shield for the meantime…wen u get the key(s), just save them somewhere in ur desktop,,,the keygen is from a torrent site…i forgot it…sorry…it is 120 KB, other sites will let u click and download, bt it really is a trojan…after saving the keys, remove the keygen…just to be safe, without the annoying warning as a trojan…

it works! all I had to do was to uninstall the free version I had, although if I go into the “About AVG” under the help menu, it doesn’t give the above licence number. But it is valid till 2018.

The serial key extends date till 2018. Updates and computer scans work fine. But, anti-spam, firewall and system tools dont work with this key. Still using it for the lack of other keys that work better.

Theres a problem with this, It installs/serial works absolutely fine
But once you update the program, and say you wanna scan… its all white, like, theres no information on how many files its scanning, its all white, nothing shows, when the scan is done, a window pops up for yes and no…there is nothing there to read to click yes or no for.

Its a fraud. Please do not get hooked. You may be happy having got a 10 year licence. But when there is a problem and you have to report to AVG the 10 year licence number is invalid. So please do not get into this trap of 10 years

Following downloading a free trial version of avg 8.0, and cracking it with the supplied keygen, today (for the first time) I recieved a notification informing me that my licence would expire in a matter of days. I recently downloaded a full, cracked for 10 years version of avg 8.0 for a friend with a new computer, which worked fine for him, I do believe this is the same licence key as the one supplied with his download. Having just enetered the key found on this page, it has cleared the notification, and it seems quite happy now. I guess by 2018 I will know if it lasts for 10 years, but for now I am very happy! If you have problems with updates make sure that:
-proxy updating is off
-dial update is off
-you have connection to internet
-the url to the update server is right
if that doesnt work try to download the update

AVG resellers will know it’s a cracked licence key.Your product will not be updated sooner or later. Don’t you know that they also serve the web to detect these “free” license keys so they can block further updates?
I have used also a cracked key that was supposed to expire after 10 years, but they detected it and blocked my product from getting updates. It’s saver to buy your license !!!
