THE ONLY SOLUTION THAT WORKED FOR ME..!!

After 2 days of trying to find a solution for validating my XP, i landed here: http://supremophantom.blogspot.com/

and trust me. it worked.

just download the crsack for your version of WGA and you are done.

I am leaving thic comment for all those who need to validate their XP for updates.
