Once Upon a Time Google Search
Ten years or a decade may seem like a lifetime in technology. Changes happen so rapidly that what was new yesterday quickly become passé today. Having said that, have you ever wondered how the Google search engine looked like in 2001? To celebrate its ten-year anniversary, Google has recently launched Google 2001 Search to facilitate a walk down memory lane or web history. Users can access the 2001 index and gain a different perspective in their searches.
If you are not hopeless in Math, you would probably wonder why Google chose to highlight 2001 search results instead of 1998 to celebrate its tenth birthday. Well, Google explained that due to various technical issues, the earlier versions of its index are not accessible. Hence, the 2001 index is the best the search engine can provide.
Let’s see the face of Google 10 years ago.

This Google fad is getting old. How much are they paying this site to post so many articles about them? Please have more respect for your readers by posting less biased articles.
That aside and withstanding, this really is (for the most part) awesome. Thanks for your work.
