Windows Vista users who are encountering problems with their Service Pack 1 (SP1) can breathe easier now. Microsoft is giving away free unlimited installation and compatibility support to Windows Vista users. This support is only limited to Service Pack 1 (all languages) and it is valid until March 18, 2009. Users who need consultation, advice and support should take this opportunity to contact Microsoft to resolve their Vista’s issues.
Users who are residing in North America or Canada can get the technical support via phone or internet chat. Users from other geographic locations can email Microsoft and the estimated response time is within 24 business hours.
