New Plantronics GameCom 777 Surround Sound Gaming Headset With Dolby Headphone Technology
The hardware company specializing in lightweight headsets, Plantronics has announced the availability of its new GameCom 777 Surround Sound Gaming Headset, which features Dolby Headphone technology that enables users to play PC games, listen to music as well as watch movies with dramatic virtual 5.1 surround sound effects, aiming to create a realistic, cinematic game-play experience for PC games.
“Over the past 18 months, we have immersed ourselves in the gaming community to understand their unique headset needs,” said Renee Niemi, general manager and vice president, Mobile & Entertainment for Plantronics. “We observed that they want a rugged, comfortable headset with the best sound available to improve competitive game play. The GameCom 777 delivers on these requirements by uniting Dolby digital surround sound with a durable, unique headset design that has been tuned for gamers.”

The new Plantronics GameCom 777 Surround Sound Gaming Headset is expected to hit the market in coming September for about $100.

Hey Russ go to Amazon dot come with the name of these headsets copied and paste it into the search. With tax and shipping i got them for $71.20. They were like 65 dollars new or close to that its much cheaper than everywhere else. Other cheapest was newegg but it was 99.99 there so i’d say go to amazon i’m wearing them right now so that would be my recommendation. Hopefully you check back here.

Very nice headset. Someone on deviantART had a picture up of him wearing one, I asked him what it was and searched, and this is where I was led. But everywhere I read on main store sites, it costs about 100 bucks. It’s hard to find a cheaper price, without getting ripped off.
If you happen to know of any trustworthy places that sell it for cheaper, without it being used, let me know. I’m all about saving money.
