Ultra-Portable ThinkPad X200

Lenovo announced launch of ThinkPad X200 as part of Intel’s Centrino 2 launch.

At the starting weight of 2.9-pounds, the Ultra-portable notebook comes in 12.1-inch wide-screen and that replaces the popular ThinkPad X61. It is made to include some of the features of the pricey 13.3-inch X300.

Some good things about this Notebook are LED-backlit widescreen display, optional 64GB SSD, better performance and battery life than X300 as a result of Centrino 2 technology. However, it doesn’t have internal optical drive and touch-pad.
