Hi! Im 18 years old, and I just upgraded to the Sony Ericsson W595 from my beloved W810i, and I have one word that says it all for this phone-fantastic. Internet browsing is second to none. The phone itself is a great size, the screen is brilliant, both in color and resolution. The Walkman player 3.0 is top notch! What surprised me the most was the new media manager from SE, and I’m telling you folks, I nearly fainted when I saw it. Similiar to the PSP, the new Sony Ericsson media manager, really does manage media, with a breeze! Its effortless and very smooth. When coming to sound quality/clarity and loudness, this phone even beats the Nokia 5610-its so good.

i have been using SE W902 phone since Nov08. Sony has replaced my set once and have replaced the 8GB card once. We have yet to conclude what the real problem is – between the two. I get a message “No Memory card found” after unplugging the head set or my sony speaker! I continue to have this problem. But i know what to do – Open the back cover, remove the M2 card and re-slot it back. I continue to be a SE fan and hope mine is an isolated case.

I bought a W595 barely a month back. It slipped out of my hand whilst talking & there is a shocking crack in the internal LCD display. The company does not cover physical damage and I have to shelve another Rs 1800/- after having paid Rs 14700/- for it’s purchase less than a month back. Am thoroughly disappointed – they should build more sturdy phones especially at that price
