		<description>I was wondering if the average person that doesn&#039;t have alot of computer knowledge could edit with this program? And if I can cut still pictures out of a video with this,cut and paste sections of a video,and do it with a dvd I made off of my camcorder? 
   Thank you for your time I know I have alot of qustions I just want to make sure I get what I need.</description>
