		<description>I&#039;ve got the answer right here to change the default program if its not appearing with (pre-defined) file type assosciations with vista. This program was really quick and I was about to get really angry untill I found this, so I hope this helps you all:

just a quick download, locate the program you want to add and then click on &#039;register&#039; and hey presto! Next time you try to assign the program, it will be in the defaults ;)</description>
