		<description>Of course LoJack is better - but the average computer thief is probably not going to bother formatting the disk or looking for hidden software, so a free program like LocatePC still has some value.</description>

		<description>Its somewhat worthless at this day and age. Since computers have become so common, everybody can think of ways to remove this software. For example just destroy the hard drive, or write 0 the hard drive before it boots windows etc.

This software cannot survive a format, etc. Cannot even survive if the hard-drive has been replaced.

If this software was to be even better, will probaly need to write itself into the Bios, and make it check that the system has it installed or install it automatically without telling the user.

This is what currently being done with the other software (which costs money), called Lojack for Laptops</description>
