Fujitsu to Release World’s First 7200-RPM 320 GB 2.5″ Hard Disk Drive
Fujitsu is a leading provider of customer-focused IT and communications solutions for the global marketplace has announced its new MHZ2 BJ series of 2.5″ hard disk drives that feature a rotational speed of 7200 RPM and capacities up to 320GB, double the capacity of previous models. Besides, it also supports Serial ATA 3.0 Gb/s interface for high-speed data transfers and requires only 2.3 W of power for read and write operations, ranking it among the most power-efficient drives in its class.

The new MHZ2 BJ Series also manufactured in compliance with the EU’s ROHS Directive, which limit the use of hazardous substances and environmentally friendly. Best for all, it is designed for use in high-performance PCs, such as high-end notebook computers and compact desktops. It expected in market by end of Jun 2008.
